Return Period: We offer a 3-day return policy. You can return products within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please follow these instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Unboxing Video: To be eligible for returns, we request that you create an unboxing video of the parcel when it arrives. This helps us verify the condition of the item and process your return efficiently.
